Product Description

Calcined α alumina is also called high-temperature alumina. It has a white fine granular appearance. It is shaped by high-temperature calcination of industrial aluminum hydroxide or alumina raw materials. It has a high melting point (2053°C), good thermal stability, low impurity content, and excellent eletricity insulation; stable crystal structure, acid and alkali corrosion resistance; high hardness (Mohs hardness 9), excellent characteristics such as wear resistance. So it is widely used in ceramics, refractory materials, grinding and polishing, petrochemical industries and other industries.
