Alumina Sol

 Alumina Sol is a colorless, odorless, translucent liquid with properties such as adhesiveness, thixotropy, easy dispersibility, water-soluble reversibility, suspension, positive charge, adsorption, and stability. Its colloidal particles are feather-like and have a positive vapor profile. They are non-toxic, odorless, non-volatile, and non-flammable, and generate active or high-purity solutions upon heating.

Application

1. Lithium battery positive electrode material: It can be used as a coating agent during the production of positive electrode materials.
2. Anti-fog agent: It is the main raw material for anti-fog agents for plastic greenhouse films.
3. Non-stick pan coating: It is the main raw material for new non-stick pan coatings.
4. Ceramic film coating: Aluminum sol can be mixed with silica sol in a ratio of 8:2 or 7:3. This mixed solution exhibits better strength in applications than using silica sol alone.
5. Catalyst carrier binder: Aluminum sol helps form the carrier and maintain its shape during the calcination process.

6. Refractory Additive: Aluminum sol, when added to refractory castables, effectively improves the castable's compressive strength.
7. Ceramic Fiber Hardener: Aluminum sol completely seals out dust and fibers from the surface of all cut or sanded fiberboard and shapes. This hardener has little tendency to migrate to the surface upon drying, resulting in a more uniform product.
8. Textile Additive: (Acrylic aldehyde, polypropylene, nylon, polyester, wool, etc.) It can be used as an antistatic additive, significantly improve the strength and abrasion resistance of fibers, and enhance the appearance and feel of textiles.
