Product Description

Application:
Aluminum hydroxide is the most widely used inorganic flame retardant, as a flame retardant not only can prevent flame retardant, and can prevent smoke, do not produce drops, do not produce toxic gas, therefore, more widely used, the amount of use is increasing year by year .Scope of use: low smoke halogen free cable materials, silicone rubber, thermosetting plastics, thermoplastics, synthetic rubber, paint, rubber insulation materials and building materials and other industries.
Different ATH product families can be used for rubber compounds.
Silicone rubber itself has natural flame retardant properties, but its tear resistance is relatively poor. Aluminum hydroxide can improve the resistance of silicone rubber to creepage and corrosion.
Aluminum hydroxide has a large surface area, can improve the compatibility with the coating, obviously improve the fire performance of the coating, and its filling amount is also relatively low, and fill the superfine aluminum hydroxide fire retardant coating compared with the unfilled, the heating rate decreased significantly, and will not reduce the physical and chemical properties of the fire retardant coating.
